Indicative of its commitment to quality components and workmanship, EMG is one of the only manufacturers to offer a full 2 Year Warranty on the new Icon MKII Buggy. In addition, it has a 5 Year Warranty on the wheels, a 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty on the battery charger and a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty on the battery.
The Icon MK11 is hand built and has a full systems check while still in the assembly jig. After bench testing is complete, the buggy is put through a series of tests on the turf, before being packaged for delivery.

EMG has etched a unique Serial Number on the underneath of the axle housing on the gearbox side of the buggy. Immediately you purchase your buggy, please take a few moments to register the required details in the "WARRANTY" page on our website. If you purchase floor stock, please forward new information so we can update our registry. In the case of a demonstration buggy, warranty will commence from the time it was built.
If the occasion arises and your buggy has developed a warrantable problem within the warranty period, don't hesitate to contact one of the EMG support team members. Due to smart designing of our product we can diagnose any problems over the phone, which saves time in having your buggy repaired. The buggy is designed in a modular fashion, to ensure no time consuming repairs, all components are just changed over with complete new ones.
EMG will advise the service agent closest to your area that you have a warrantable problem with your buggy and that there will be no cost to the customer unless it is deemed to be mistreatment. The following is the 5 step process for processing warranties:

  • Diagnose buggy problem with customer
  • Advise customer of their nearest EMG buggy repair agent
  • Notify Agent of problem and customer details
  • Dispatch components required to agent
  • Agent calls customer to organise convenient time for repairs

Please Note: You must call or email EMG prior to organise repairs due to procedures we have in place with agents. EMG also has the right to have the buggy shipped back to the workshop for inspection and repairs. If buggy has been damaged due to mistreatment all costs will be forwarded to the customer.
